PROBLEM SOLVING

An often overlooked factor that affects the efficiency of a system is determined by the occurrence of occasional short-term problems that are difficult to identify.

ON-DEMAND TROUBLESHOOTING

An increase in the use of communication networks in the context of automation of distribution architectures has brought huge benefits, but also a number of problems that can result from inadequate design approaches or due to failures of equipment such as EMI/RFI interference.

Sometimes the use of different equipment within the same machine or plant generates incompatibility.

Finally, there are scenarios in which the source of noise is derived from the environment, or is generated from the power source (ducts) or due to interference in the electromagnetic spectrum (irradiated).

In all cases, the downtime of the plant increases with a significant impact on productive efficiency, sometimes creating a hazard for the staff.

Very often these occasional anomalies seem random and are difficult to identify and resolve.

B&B Automation leverages the experience gained by its technicians and high-level specification instrumentations thus ensuring rapid identification and resolution of problems through a pragmatic approach to the optimization procedures applied by us.

A DIFFERENT APPROACH: INCULCATING THE PLANTS WITH “EMBEDDED” INTELLIGENCE
With the experience gained in the field of engineering and troubleshooting of the systems, we are able to incorporate appropriate hardware and software tools to identify intermittent faults in your automation architecture.

Some examples: the use of LAN diagnostic equipment permanently inserted at critical points in the network topology (or alternatively, on-line diagnostic software); integrated HMI / SCADA interface; instrumentation insertion for the verification of the quality of power line and ground losses;
